FAQ’s

A: Every skater has 3 available swaps per session. You can contact us at least 3 days prior to your class to request a swap spot. If a spot is available you will be able to switch days for that weekend. Due to large class sizes there are limited spots available each week and we can not guarantee that you will be able to swap.

A: Registration opening dates will be posted online on the corresponding program page.

A: As in swimming, with our testing we assess the level at which they are skating. On the final class of the Fall and Winter programs we will evaluate all skaters and they will be awarded a badge or certificate indicating their current skating ability. 

A: Full refunds will be given if requested before the program start date or if valid documentation is provided.

After the program has started, the fee paid less $35.00(non-refundable admin fee) & $20.00/week regardless of attendance. No refunds are given after the end of week 3.

You can request to forward the remainder of your registration to the next available program and pay $20 for the sessions completed, regardless of attendance, in the current session.
